It's very easy to play and, in order to enter, participants must choose four numbers from 1 to 45 and indicate which order they think those numbers will be drawn in.

Lotto Strike Odds and Prizes

Lotto Strike has four prize divisions and you can win just by getting one of your numbers in the correct place. Except for the prize in the fourth division, all payouts are calculated on a pari-mutuel basis.

The Division 1 prize starts at $100,000 and it jackpots to the next draw until it’s won. Before the grand prize is given to those matching all four numbers in the correct order, Division 4 prizes are paid out of the 45% allocated to Division 1.

How to Play and Claiming Prizes

After deciding whether you want to enter Lotto Strike with Monday Lotto, Wednesday Lotto or Saturday Lotto, you may choose which type of entry you’d like to play. Explore the different ways in which you can enter Lotto Strike:

Marked entry

You have complete freedom to choose your own four numbers, from 1 to 45, in the order you think they will be drawn.

Advance and Multi-Week entries

Save time and don’t miss out on any future Lotto Strike draws! With the Multi-Week entry, you can play up to 10 consecutive draws. The Advance entry lets you enter a particular draw in the future, up to 10 weeks ahead.

Boxed entry

If you decide to choose a Boxed entry, your four numbers will be entered in every possible combination. Your chances of winning are increased as, if your numbers are drawn, you win a prize regardless of whether they are drawn first, second, third or fourth. In comparison, if you play the Marked entry with 10, 20, 30 and 40, you rely on the number 10 being drawn first, 20 being drawn second, and so on. But if you play the same set of numbers with a Boxed entry, you will be submitting 24 entries instead of just the one. The order of the numbers will therefore change.

Claiming Prizes

If you won a Lotto Strike prize, there are different ways in which you can start the claiming process. Explore these options below:

Tickets purchased online

If you entered Lotto Strike online, your money will be deposited directly into your online account, usually the following day after the draw. You will also get an email advising you that you won a prize.

If you won a Division 1 prize, the amount will also be deposited directly into your online lottery account but this will happen after a two-week provisional period has elapsed.
